The restaurant
Executive Chef Olarn T. and the culinary team of Thai Time offers delightful Thai style cuisine created from authentic Thai recipes from the kitchens of Bangkok. Our food emphasizes the tastes and flavors of Thailand with fresh ingredients cooked to order California style. Most dishes are prepared mild to medium spicy. Please indicate to your server if you prefer a different spice level.
Thai Time offers menu selections to meet a variety of dietary preferences; vegetarian V, vegan Vg or gluten free GF. Please ask your server for the Green and Gluten Free Menus (or see legend on the online menus) and let us know about any special requests or dietary preferences.

Olarn T. is a native of Bangkok, Thailand where he grew up and attended university. He holds a master's degree in the sciences and worked previously in the food industry with an emphasis on food safety.

Head Chef
Chef Nit is a native of Thailand with a background in journalism and the restaurant business and catering. She previously owned a Thai restaurant in Sonoma County and has achieved numerous outstanding awards in the professional food competitions at the Sonoma County Harvest Fair.
